I don't know if you have some other problem but this is how I do it

Connect your box to computer
Run Voxer
In Utilities select recieve service file
You should get a box to START search for Eurovox
when it finds your box it should upload your file to the selected folder on your computer
To download a .cdf file to the Eurovox in Utilities select send service file

Yeah, it didn't work for me either. I can only seem to send to my box but not pull data from it. It's no big problem, you just have to do a scan after you have flashed your box.

Ok i found the solution. Take out all the connection from the box including power leave it for 1 min. Then connect rs232 cable with pc and eurovox. Then connect power cable nothing else no scart no cable connection. Now open the loader util then select upload it will bring up save option choose a name. Then select save after thet it will find the eurovox then select start takes 3 seconds.

Nice one Kamark, although I only took the power and the cable feed out - thought my box was shot when I first got the message.
