hi there all im new to this, my eurovox max went down during the update from virgin media, ive been reading the forums on here, which are kool, the thing is im looking for help to get my box bk up and working, the cable box came in a blue eurovox max 2006 box, as ive said before ive looked at the forum on here and pepole are saying if i click menue + yellow i will be able to put the new keys in, the thing is nothing happens wen a click theses keys on remote also tried 1698, on the eurovox max theres lights it goes onto stand bye light and wen box is on it goes to lock on front of box, hope im makeing sense here, if i cant get into this menue do u think i need to do a firm update, i would like to know how and wot tools i would need, if anyone can help me, it would make me happy chappy thanks

You have to click ok on Language settings before you tap in 19681968 or it won't work.

trog i did tht but nothing happens wen i press menue yellow language settings then 16981698 zilch just a bunch of languages

sorry trog i got the numbers wrong did it correct there and a menue came up , wot do a do now lol thanks man ur the best

Scroll left or right until you find the nagra menu, enter your keys into there.

when i have done that i cant see any english provider at all, any help would be useful thanks.

There is no need to find an English provider as long as you know your provider code, they are listed in Ronsters sticky. Just make sure you are inputting them into the Nagra menu.

sorry to seem dim, i just select any of the providers and put in the provider code followed by the key?

isnt there 2 keys though?
