My box is x1! The black screen i get is not where i can select epg, menus, Blue button. IF you have used a cammando image the first thing that happens is that you get a picture commando pic, then it goes to a black screen where info comes up about image. My dbox gets to that black screen but no info comes up and it just hangs there.

It is waiting for you to enter an IP address for the box - if your LCD is broken, just enter the IP with the remote. IE 192168001125 when you have finished, it will store it to file and continue to boot.

This is a feature of all images the first time they are started.
