Have you tried using a splitter and running your connection from your VM box?

yep, tried looping out from a splitter and everything, for some unknown reason the eurovox, even when connected directly to the wall, still shows no signal. i just dont understand it

Have you got one yourself and does it work in his house cos to be honest m8 i'm stumped on that one.

i took the same eurovox to my house where i have BM bband and it works great, so great in fact im getting one soon, but i want HD and hdd but thats another story haha.

i was afraid people would get stumped, i kno someone who is an ex BM tech who does propa boxes with tb cut and chipped so i may just have to recommend they get one of them. that should defo work and i buy just get this one off of them

i havent tried a different eurovox at his gaff but am not able too, have only got the one

stick the old firmware back on to it since the codes have stopped changing now.

Ah, didnt see that bit. Where the main feed into your house comes in is there a silver box under the white face plate? If there is check to see if the other house has one, if not, take yours round and try again.
