What message were you getting before you updated to 28/4/08 firmware?

Incidentally the 28/4/08 is a specific fix for ppl who suffered a signal reduction to 8% after updating to 18/4/08 firmware. If you did not suffer this problem then reflash your box with 18/4 firmware first and we will do what we can to help you.

Is your m8 in the same area with the same cable provider? if so, why don't you ask him for a copy of his CDF file and download it onto your box? That would sort you out

Read page 32 of this thread, specifically Satsmo's posts 314 and 319 All Nthell Channels & Frequencies (ireland)

Would'nt want your ''research'' interupted!!

They are messing about, take a note of the problem channel frequencies, delete them and do a manual scan on the specific TP. Note if you have the lateset firmware with FAV Sort turn it off during a manual scan.

They have not moved TPs but PIDs have changed on one or two channels.

I have lost all premum channels. I have a Eurovox MaxV about a month old. I have no idea how to update firmware or what software to use, even where to get it from.

box now shows:

"Please wait, code been updated"
