Thanks for that , the other site you gave me for codes displays the same code that is on bigmaq and they dont appear to have the latest code either. Updating firmware would seem to be the best option although this is not available yet on my box , only certain boxes can be done at present it seems. Thanks anyway! |

c7kal - you'll either be 6.887 or 6.952, if you don't get it them on one, then you'll get 'em on t'other
rooney10 - take it you've got an EV1 or 2. If one of your mates has an updated box perhaps they could pass on the codes to you. |

My box is one of the first eurovox boxes i think , it was bought in 2005. I have got the codes before off bigmaq toolbar but there is no new code available since it went down at 11pm last night .... so still waiting for new codes ![]() |

Hi there,
I have a eurovox max v and have just updated to the latest max v software. Thanx very much guys for the quick solution. This site is sheer class! My mate has similar probs and has asked me to update his. His box is an older version. It is also black so Im pretty sure its a eurovox max (2007 model) I see that there are updates for the older blue and red models but cant see anything for a eurovox max. Do i just use the same firmware to upgrade this box? Cheers. |

No if its a black box it should be a MaxV 2008. Does it say maxV on the front panel? I bought my MaxV the end of last year
The older EV's are in silver/grey casing |

Thanx for the quick response lucky13,
He said it was black with silver on the front.. It probably is grey or dark grey. Just looking on ebay there to find something similar. I see a 2007 model for sale. I have only 5 posts so cant post a link unfortunately.... A quick search for "Eurovox Max 2007 BOX" would show it. Its the first listing. What do you think? Is there a specific version for silver/grey boxes? |
