Default Asking for help please

I need help in how to download a cdf file to the Eurovox...in this area I am a complete noob simply because I have not done it before...I was trying for over an hour yesterday and had to give up in the end because my brain got addled ....I have the cdf file on my computer and now I need to get voxer to download it to the box ...this is because when I downloaded the fix for the keys problem it wiped my box and now I cannot access it at all from the remote...the remote is working perfectly OK ...will anyone take the time to give me simple instructions,I would really appreciate it .......

All i did mate was flash my box with the latest firmware (where is says download) then under that browse for you cdf file then click download and thats it

I used the same tool that updated the firmware to change the cdf on my box, WHen you launch the updater there is three boxes below a browser window, browse to the cdf file you wish to move onto your box the hit the middle button which should be marked "download" couple of seconds later you should have the channel list on your box. Hope it helps.

Thanks for posting Ive tried that at least 6 times now and although the download goes well when its finished the box display just shows 4 zeros meaning no channels ....coupled with that I cannot access the box now from the remote,even though its working ok ( the remote) all this came about when downloading the fix program,wish I hadnt bothered now

When you have downloaded the cdf file to the box have you waited for it to turn itself off then back on again, will take a few seconds. I was unplugging straight away and this was giving me problems, apart from this I can not be any further help, good luck.
