For all us lot in Brum our keys have not changed so nobody knows if the firmware is working anyone else up or down the uk? Have your keys rolled diod the box work

Hi,
I applied the fix to a Euro Red box here in Brum that had days old codes that i couldnt be bothered to update regularly. As soon as it took the new software there was a 30 sec wait with the message "please wait updating code" then it started working happily :-)

have flashed blue/red/ and maxv black box with the new updated flash files and all seem to be ok with the new key roll.
big thanks to the people who have rewriten the software

Haven't had a key-roll yet to test that aspect of the new firmware but the picture and sound seem to stall more often now.

Just manually set a key change.. Do the 1968 menu trick in languages and then edit the keys for your provider. I.E 5 a01 for telepest change either the 00 keyline or the 01 or both it doesnt really matter and then save your results (blue button i think) then exit out the menu's and u will have the please wait code updating. Give it 3 mins and your box will have autorolled the code..

all seems fine down the road here in wolves. The kuro3 seemed to do the trick nicely!

LoL im from wolves to, small world. Anyway yeah u wont have noticed any key rolls as they haven't been rolled since the 10th in our area. However if u just wanna test your box for your own piece of mind, (I have been doing this to show people who i've flashed boxes for that they now autoroll) u can manually change your keys to incorrect ones and watch your box autoroll to find the code.

i have done 4 max v boxes now 2 genuine and 2 clones, all have updated succesfully, it did not kill the clones!

in the oldham area ex c&w
