there is a new receiver update software released by TECHNOMATE on 7/april/08 few things added likes of recalculate the position of satellite due tio the bad weather and couple languages and games i wonder if ok to download ?cheers

Yes.

But if you don't back-up your channels, before you install new firmware you will be starting from scratch. After updating official firmware you need to reload your back-up, to get your user configured satellite, transponder and channel settings back. You would then need to load latest DM patch if you are using it.

its all in the darkman patch so just put that on , no need for the t/mate software ,
