Oooops. Newbie bows head in shame!

I have now all channels back on. Aww the shame!!

Anyway the reason I couldn't find any channels/transponders was because I used the wrong symbol rate!! Simple as that really!

I was using NTL 6.887 but should have been using ex candw 6.952.

Should have sussed it when I wrote that the ex candw keys updated my channels after they had been rolled!

Anyway guys, I hope my stupidity may help someone out there and not been a complete waste of your time!

Updated with new firmware my vox but still no channels, tried the new codes. Any advice would be appreciated

Have you tried doing a powerscan?

yes tried the power scan, power signal is over 80%. on V?media previous N**. live in cheshire
