Starview Symbol Rate ?? - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Hi Everybody, I have search all the forums but with no Luck.

My Question is I've got a Starview Box and have put in new codes from BigM** but still no joy.
I have read it some where that you can try different symbol rates.
I'm using Symbol Rate 6887 ksps and I'm on N*L in North East.
Is there another Rate I can try or I'm I stuck to this one.
Hope the above makes sense, any help is appricated.

The sym rate does not need changing mate,
The thing you need to check is your provider are altho ntl (as was) it could be your in an excw area so try that also

check emu is turned on if so put line 01 in first then save then put 00 in and save

Press menu 1570 and as said check the emu is on,
and as also said you have to save each key as you do it so finish entering key 00 then click save,then do key 01

some times marc you have to do it the other way round to get codes to kick in 01 first then 00 for some strange reason
