sorry about this but i am confused as to which four digit code is for which provider. i am in manchester and have the keymaster but unlike the bigmaq tb it doesn't show the four digit code just the provider and i've forgotten which i used to use. but i think it may have been c&w.

could some1 list the four digit codes and corresponding providers for me i.e. tw=5a01 c&w=.... etc?
