What Model ?

Hello Clever People, I realy need some help to distinguish which model my Eurovox is, it has a long thin silver horizontal bit on black on the front and on the left hand side it has a diamond shaped plastic push button to change channels etc, also it was purchased around 2007, please any help would be much much appreciated because i need to find some firmware that works for it..
