Euromax v channel auto sort can this be turned off

Hi im not sure if there is away round this may be someone can help but i was missing a few channels after new update not on air but kids channels so i did channel up date after it had finished the auto channel sort had installed all the channels under default setting messing it up all my custom sorted favorites. and yes i do have cdf file but when you reload it it put it back to how it was but i loose the new channels that i was looking for if the people who do these wonder update's for the boxes read this is it possible that in the next up date we can have a option to turn off the channel sort part as its a bit of a pain . Greatt work on the auto key update keep up the good work many . thanks .

Hi sorry for starting a new thread but ive not seen this option is it at the begining because when i manaul updated one of the missing channels it auto sorted the lot then and when i just press up channels i did not see this option what should i look for many thank's for reply.
