make sure your com port is enabled in your bios, i disabled mine when trying to overclock my pc and it kept telling me no com port so i re-enabled it and now its fine, i think it was called a serial port in the bios

To check the COM port have your eurovox connected and in standby. Then click start > Control panel > performance and maintenance > system > hardware > Device Manager.

On Device Manager expand your "Ports COM & LPT" and you should see your COM port or usb to serial device listed. Right click and click properties. Then under the port tab at the top click on advance settings. Here you can manually select which COM Port the device will use. You must use either COM port 1, 2, 3 or 4.

I have a similar prob, have tried all the ports 1-4,try to upload my channels first but it wont start.
I then just try and download without saving channels and get 'reciever was not detected',now getting really frustrated.
