Default USB-Serial Driver adapter

Does anyone know why I cant see the driver I have loaded on my pc for the USB-Serial Driver adapter i am going to use to run kuro3.

I am running XP when I go into the device manager then ports COM & LPT3 and press + I cant see the usb-serial adapter.

can anyone help?

Have you installed the drivers for the adapter??

Once you have installed the drivers connect the usb to serial adapter and connect it to your eurovox. Turn the power on, on your eurovox and leave it in standby. Check your device manager and u should see the adapter listed at the top of your COM ports.

Yes, have installed the driver but it simply does not show in the device manager! I have also reinstalled it, any suggestions would be a great help Im Stumped.

just done our update make sure to extract files then download try unplugging and plugging back in
