I presume you mean unsubscribe to email notifications on threads that you have posted in.

Go to UserCP>Edit Options> Do not subscribe.

Sorry you have had trouble getting a response - but we are getting bombarded, with the current cable frenzy!

Oops my mistake i thought you meant that you were not coming back on the site anymre sorry
You can unsubscribe By User CP as yorks has just mentioned then Edit Options then Do not subscribe. lots of the members on here whether they are newbies just come on the site just for codes for their cable boxes i dont see the point in that as they just get the codes and when they have got them they just then Go off the site but whereas lots of other members who have been on for a couple of days or have been on for ages enjoy this site and they end up staying on which is Great that they decide to stay on as they will learn alot of here if you just read through each of the threads. if all of the people who cam on here looking for the cable codes for their boxes then going somewhere else and not coming back what is the point in that You should styay on here and enjoy it see i joined last year not really looking for any help but decided to join and as i came on to the site i was really glad i joined because i have learn quite a lot when i had come on to the site and find this site really Great Thanks for Making this site Admin and Mods and putting your time and effort for helping all of us really appreciate it anyways if members on here are thinking of just geting their codes and leaving you might aswel stay on here as you will learn alot from this site.(Sorry for so much info just letting them all know).

Many Thanks

Default Re: usubscribing to techwatch

the reason i was trying to unsubscribe was the fact that i didnt want to display my email address in the posts. which i done by mistake when registering. the username i first put in was ba--sed up i put mac250 as a username then went and pressed autofil and it filled all the boxes the same! when i signed in i reaised my mistake. hence i have my email as a username. i was trying to rectify this but being brand new to these forums as i was with satfiles yesterday, i cocked up. i sent three messages to contact us at bottom of page to tell you of this so i wasnt trying to gain info and abort! as mitford seems to think! bare in mind you have only been a member two minutes. and no the box isnt fixed but i will perservere. cheers. and can someone tell me how to contact admin properly as i dont spend all day in front of the computer screen and am naive!.
