hi can anyone help me i got a preloaded box so i didnt have any of this to do. now im stuck.
i have found the download and now got a cable. but the download is just sat on my computer how do i get it into my eurovox (ps i didnt get any software with my unit

you dont need any other software unzip the firmware update and run the exe

the file is not zipped it is just a file it wants to be opened and not run it asks for a programme to run it

What is the name of the file you have? Perhaps it is the wrong one

that is the correct one.

Open it with winrar.

You will need to download a trial version of WinRAR to open this and extract the exe file.

Alternatively if you already have winzip, you could download the zip file from the bigMAQ toobar (Google 'bigMAQ toolbar' and install it - there is an icon Updates/Fixes - look for the one you need here)
