Default User Installation quality?

Hi im Lisa and Im a new user so please be kind to me.

I have a Euro -Vox Max V 2008, I have put it on a power scan and the quality is in green 95% it seems stuck at this !! It keeps flasing 94-95%.

Should this happen? How do I correct this.

Im in Birmingham area - my ex provider was Virgin.

Thanks Lisa.
