As ever Lincsat, you're the master.

Is there a guide somewhere on how to connect the Dbox to a [Vista] PC via Ethernet, and then FTP?

Sorry for being thick (I wonder how many times you heard that over the last few days LoL!)

Look in the UK Cable section, Private FTA sub section and read the first two sticky threads by lincsat.

Lincsat,

Please disregard my last post, it's all sorted!

What took me hours yesterday, took me 15 minutes today? what's that all about?

Anyhow, I thank you and all the contributors.
