I am a bit of a newbie too, but the ird and bk are used when you program the external eeprom, (exteep), i found it easiest to use toxic, you create a bin file using a made up cam no., i used 27 01 02 03, then put in bk, ird (ird has to be entered in reverse order so ends in 3e on sammy) and then the latest keys from bigmaq toolbar. This newly converted bin file is then dragged over swapbinhex to make a hex file for your exteep. the other files, are for the flash, which will be also on the bigmaq toolbar under updates/fixes...card fixes...8th april 2008.. and then your provider. The inteep is programed with crypthexeep.hex. All the required files are dowloadable from bigmaq.. look under cable files ...funcard. In writing to the funcard the right order must be followed, first exteep, then inteep then flash.. good luck!

You dont need an inteep anymore, just toxic with bk and ird, no pub keys, drag and drop into swapbinhex to change from binary to hex file for your exteep , and the new AU fix for flash.

Try programming with the resulting bin file from toxic.,often your programmer will not need the change to hex and can handle bin files providing you cchange the search type from hex to "all files" or "bin" files.
