I've plugged in and pressed download it tells me version 2.10 then resets the box, then it says dnld on the front but stays at sending 0% on the pc, anyone know were I'm goin wrong please?

Hi Lucky, I know! I couldn't find a recent post I saw you give the same answer in! Nothing surprises me at this stage......

Delighted to have the new firmware installed myself. Seems ok. Hopefully get a while out of it. I like the new quick scan TV guide info menu.

My question to you was actually quite serious.

Close the application, make sure all the connections are firm and try again.
