Default Help Please

Hi, I am am newbie to forums so fogive me if this is not the correct way to do things, I have been reading about how to fix the issues with all the boxes going off but need some further help.

I have downloaded - ufl mavv kuro3 file and it seems to have worked as now have a new "Fast Install" icon on my Eurovox Max V (black box)

I am now getting the message "no transponder to scan"

Can someone please provide me with an "idiots guide to fixing this"

I also have an older eurovox.tv box, how do I know which software to use for this.

I am in Leeds

many thanks in advance!

The first thing you should do is move to Liverpool, people are a lot more forgiving there, and the boxes are generally cheaper too.
