Hi,
The TM Channel Editor enables you to edit your channel list on a PC. The channel list file is uploaded and downloaded to the receiver using the TMLoader. The TMList is someone elses channel list that they have already compiled. The Toolkit, well you can find out for yourself by looking through it, as I remember it just contains useful information and facilities for the TMs. I think they all work with the TM1600, I only have a TM1000 so I have not tried, but much of the utilities are common amongst all the receivers in the 1000 series.
