Can't resist this one.....

Wrap it up warm, tuck it into bed, give it plenty to drink to avoid dehydration and if it has a temperature some Nurofen will do the trick.

If your comfortable with tinkering with stuff, you can by a JTAG and jtag your box (this basically wipes the box clean and empty) and download the firmware again. Jtagging the box is described in detail complete with picture elsewhere on this section - if you do a search on it you'll find all you need to know.

If not - then bin it and buy and new one
