Thumbs up Car Subwoofer to HDTV

Hi guys,

Dont know if anyone can help, but im trying to connect my car subwoofer to my tv, so i can have some bass in my living room? but im a lil stuck coz i dont know where to start?

i have 2x JBL 1000Watts subwoofers and a 1300 watts renegade amp, ive also got all the wiring, but the wiring is for a car...

isit possible?

about your sub, the amps you have as you said are for a car so they will be 12V and household is 240V you will need a converter to reduce the power from the socket to your amp. when that is sorted all you have to do is connect the red and white phono leads from your amp to the output red and white on your tv. i dont see any reason this shoudnt work aslong as your tv has the connectors of phono and its all connected properly

I have used a pc subwoofer for my bass unit and it works fine.It is only low voltage out of the transformer.
