Question cams for std. digital tv's?

cams for sat boxes have been around for ages now and more and more digi tv's have CA slots to take a topup cam and card

i was thinking has anyone got/know if any of the cams on the market (eg. magic, matrix) can work in the tv's to decode topup channels ,

im sure you know where im coming from

if there are any sites that have any kind of info please do post any url's in here

Tits Up TV is secure so the only way to view whats left of the service is via subscription.
