Angry wiped out

hi i have wiped my euro to factory settings does anyone know how to get it back any help thankswill be appreciated

Try pushing the cable firmly into the box and then scan again

when i do power scan it comes up with nothing i checked the telewest settings and keys they are ok

I am new to this too so can't give you a concrete answer - but I know that there is a new firmware that is required.

Hope someone else can give you more info.
