I take it you tried 1570 from your menu page--if so the only thing is Factory Settings (you will lose you channels apart from FTA)

Yes Ive Tried That Ive Been Into Factory Settings But Its Not Doin Anythin When I Put The Codes In. I Know Im A Pain.. It Dosnt Help As Its My Dads Box N He Not Very Happy Wiv Me...

If your in the Factory Settings that you back to the start install the Firmware and then scan for channels.

make sure you dont have a clone before you put any firmware on your box

Im More Confused Now.. Ive Been On Another Site N They Said I Would B Able To Tell By My Remote N By My Remote It Says Its Cloned But Not 2 Sure By The Picture Where Ur White Block Is Mine Is Black.. Oh Well Never Mind Think I Will Defo Get Another Box.. Thanx 4 All Ur Help..

It Has Worked Thank U Thank U Thank U. It Just Keeps Sayin Updating On The Channels Now But It Prob Just Takes A While 2 Get Back 2 Normal..thank U Again..
