Yeah theres no EPG Info.
I will try the other Symbol Rate Number (and have another brew) for 20 minutes....!

No I didn't satdoc

You only key it in once to get the Emulation and EMM Capture options.

You key it in twice to get the cable providers key lists

Well entering the other symbol rate didn't work either.
I now assume the only thing I can do is update using the firmware....!

Either that or bin it!

I made the wrong assumption that you had already done the firmware update ukmatt.

Yes definitley do the update providing your box is not a clone and before you ask there is lots of info in this section on how to identify a clone - so seach before asking cos its probably already answered.
