That is very unusual and am really surprised that it solved the problem for all other cable providers

I can also confirm it does NOT work on Chor*s...please can someone do something about this..ie programmers..we need a fix

No not working for sure, I had noticed it would not update when first loaded and I just put the keys in manually thinking it would be OK next roll, but sadly not so.

Still having to input keys.

Sorry Mitford. The new firmware loaded on with no probs, and I can manually enter keys. I have both EMM capture and Emulation enabled and it does not update keys automatically. As previously posted by myself and others, the old software used to "almost" get the Ch*us key correctly, whilst the new software does not pick up the new key at all. I can only guess that Ch*us are doing something different to the other providers. Whilst we may be a small group of users in Ireland, isn't there a good chance that NT* will start doing the same thing as Ch*us once they kop on ?
