Default Firmware upgrade does not solve keyroll problem for Chxxxs

Hi All,
I have read on another site that the Firmware upgrade does not solve the keyroll problem Chxxxs in Ireland. I tested this myself and it appears that this is the case.

Anyone else try this?

Yes, I flashed my box yesterday, all was fine. I am now watching that exciting drama
serial "Please wait, code being updated ...".

The firmware does work make sure your emulation is enabled. Plus when the keys are rolled some times it can take a while for the box to update itself, it is supposed to be quicker if you put it on sky sports 1

Mitford - I suggest you check your facts in future before you make bold and false assertions. Jay has got it right - the old software always got all the digits bar one. The new software does not change the key at all.

To enable emulation:
Press menu, language settings - ok, 1968 - ok, and this will show a couple of extra options.
Emulation enable/disable
EMM Capture enable/disable

Don't forget to 'save and exit'

Guys

mitford is trying to help you - your feedback is not helpful.

Is your EMM Capture enabled or not?
