Default my arnet box gone 2

Hello to all

My arnet box went down on the 8th as a lot of others did but i havnt a clue how to do the updates.
i have managed to get the file called kryptviewarnet 04042008 bin file onto my computer but how do i get that file into the arnet box?????????
i have the cable to link box to computer but i just cant work out how to do it.
itsbeen 3 days now and havnt got a lot of hair left so some 1 plz help my grandaughters missing her programs

youll need the kryptivew loader software then connect cable up and transfer file

the cable is called a null mode cable from a pc shop

Default My Arnet box has gone down. Please help

Hello,
I have the file to update for my arnet box, i have the Null Modem Lead but when i try to transfer file to box a message comes up and says DOWNLOADING IS NOT REQUESTED has anybody have any ideas plz

Ive sorted it at last................... Well Marc did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOU HAVE TO TURN POWER ON TO YOUR UNIT AS SOON AS YOU PRESS THE START BUTTON ON THE LOADER............ THEN OFF SHE GOES
