Hello all

Ever since virgin messed with the codes, the box went mad, so i turned it off.. but now it wont turn back on now.. it's stuck in standby

Any ideas of a work around??

try reloading the firmware. normally fixes those type of problems. you will need an rs232 cables a pc and the a copy of the software

Well thats a problem mate, as i'm a Mac user.. i cant flash the drive

Surely their is a safe mode?
