Ive jus come bak from holiday n i saw da d box didnt work so i put the latest keys in but then all the channels went n it says channel currently nt available iv tried a power scan but it's still the same
some one please help

make sure youre provider I.d is set correctly ?

ye ive cheked it cause ma neighbour has gt a eurovox bt his works n mine doesnt

what way did you check it ??? because your neighbours is working is nothing to do with your box provider code being the right one on your box.......my prov code was wiped when the first roll happened...so check the prov code is ok before anything else.

Im a V M user so it was d normal provider 5**1 den i put the new codes in bt nothin happend

Ye i downloaded the bigmaq toolbar and put them in bt didnt work

Check that your symbal rate is correct then do another power scan

How do i chek the symbal rate?

Installation>fast install>-> press ok enter pin then use arrow for symbal rate. Not sure if i can post them on here so i wont there are diffrent sybol rates for different providers. Google is your friend
