Eurovox Max (Blue) Defaulted to Factory Settings

Hi Guys
Like everyone else on Wednesday, the box stopped working.
Not knowing this was nationwide at the time, in my haste I deleted my channels and did a power scan, no channels reappeared.
I tried everything, even restoring the box to it's Factory Default Settings.

Had I waited a few hours and checked this site first, I could have unlocked the channels using Bigmaq (I managed to get my mate's working).

Does anyone know a solution please? The latest firmware update everyone is talking about? Surely there is a way to sort this out or is the box now as much use as a button on a sock.
