i have the same problem too, flashed blade 2 quad x 2 image on sagem, flashed sucesfully, after restart, nothing happened the lcd screen is knackerd with stripes in there but can still c the boot screen on it.
i tried to use IFA but it keeps sayinf cant connect, BOOT NET FAILED or sumting, any1 plz help, what r the proper setting on the pc to connect to box.? i am using null cable and crossover cable, but dont know the i.p of box due to it being flshed with wrong image... HELP PLZ ANYBODY?????

SO Y DOES IT KEEP SAYING cant connect tried ten times,
i have turned off all firewalls, followed scoty gide to set up pc, using i.p 168.192.0.101 on network card, dont know what im doing wrong? i have been trying to get IFA to work now 4 2 days, spending hours on it plz tell me the cuase |

iv been using IFA for years and as i said you dont need an ip for it to work even just using a crossover network cable as long as your pc is set up what i always do is make sure i can ftp to the box and if you can do that or if you could do that before ifa will work i even use vista and have had no probs if you use both crossover network cable and a null modem cable then it should work if you follow the guides some boxes can take several goes to gett it to work try holding in the power and up buttons on the box this should soft reboot the box keep trying till it catches hold in all 3 (power up and down) this will hard reboot the box. cheers johny48 |

u say a working network, does that meean that u have to be able to connect to box?
and how do u use bootmanager? its in german, any chance of sum directions in english? |
