How long should it take?

How long should it take to upload a cdf to Voxer ? Ive got it all set up,it found Eurovox ok clicked on recieve service file then it just stays on recieving,no action,I would have thought it shouldnt take long .......

this works for me all the time
unplug your receiver from the mains, wait 20 seconds then plug it back in and switch it on
then try voxer
this clears the memory, and always works for me
if it still dont work after that then theres somthing not right

Many thanks racky29 that did the trick was almost instantaneous only problem now is where has it put it ? I dont see the cdf ...

if your taking the channles from the reciever to pc
then click the icons on voxer to reveal the data
