Goto the cable Tv link, use your password and download cable for dummies both parts and read the doc file . It will keep you busy for some time.

thanks but ive checked there i couldnt find anything on toxic 7 and where to download it?

Go into cable files on the toolbar and then card programming then clikc the card you want to program and youll have all the files and programs you need.
