I have a Sagem Dbox but the 'Dbox' button on the remote control does not open the appropriate menu page. It appears that the button has been re-programmed. Can anyone suggest how to reset the button to open the proper menu page so I scan for Services etc or is their another way to get at the menu.
I am a newbie - how can I tell if I have a DBox or a Dbox2. Are their any useful sites for newbies.... Ta |

So what happens when you press the dbox button?
If you are a newb then read DBox2Faq by PT-1(currently 2.03 I think) Your quickest soulution would be to use Image Flashing Asistant and copy over new image. Sagems are notorious for remote control problems, so it might actually be the remote itself. |

Each time I press the Dbox button it just alternates between two TV channels. I don't think its the remote - I think it happen when I was 'Exploring' the various menu items in the DBox button page
