I have a Sagem Dbox but the 'Dbox' button on the remote control does not open the appropriate menu page. It appears that the button has been re-programmed. Can anyone suggest how to reset the button to open the proper menu page so I scan for Services etc or is their another way to get at the menu.

I am a newbie - how can I tell if I have a DBox or a Dbox2. Are their any useful sites for newbies....

So what happens when you press the dbox button?

If you are a newb then read DBox2Faq by PT-1(currently 2.03 I think)

Your quickest soulution would be to use Image Flashing Asistant and copy over new image.

Sagems are notorious for remote control problems, so it might actually be the remote itself.

Each time I press the Dbox button it just alternates between two TV channels. I don't think its the remote - I think it happen when I was 'Exploring' the various menu items in the DBox button page
