Default Can I access these channels in UK

Can anyone tell me if I can get this channel in UK:

Detail as in Lyngsat:

The channel is in Insat 2E at 83.0°E

Channel name: Asianet

3643 V Asianet DVB 19531-3/4 1-1 Wide DX Bozóth080321

lyngsat address: Insat 2E at 83.0°E - LyngSat

I would really appreciate if anyone can help me with this.

Hi mate and welcome to the forum.

I should think that there is little chance of receiving that sat from the UK, it is below the arc from here. Sorry but is would just not be possible to get a sat that low.

To receive a signal from a satellite you must be able to "see" that satellite from your location and there is no way you could see a satellite that is that low to the East. Even if you could see the satellite you would need a massive dish to get anything from it.

No chance whatsoever of anything beyond something around 70E Im afraid.

However, Asianet and Asianet Plus are available on Hotbird 13E - although they are subscription channels
