Default No help for newbies

I joined the forums hoping to find a fix for my Dbox. As far as I am aware however you cannot access the links to the fix unless you are an established poster. I dont know how many times I need to post til I get access to the private area so it looks like I will be watching Corrie from now on. I was hoping someone would take pity on me and help me out but it doesnt look like it is going to happen.

All the fixes are in the forums, if you would just take the time to read them. You are not on your own with your problems, there are many folks in the same boat as you are and they are not crying about it, they search for the answer.

We are here to help, but we are not here to repeatedly post the same thing over and over again, just look and you will see.

Very best regards Wez

Yep - look down the forums for "Private FTA" in the cable section. It's a private unmoderated area, so if anyone has linked to anything of use offsite, there's a chance it's there.

Just to clarify as well, there are no restrictions on post count applied for anything any more around here - the last was for Private Messages (PM's) but that's now removed.

Also ensure you check out the Dbox section directly to see how issues relating to it have already been addressed:

I would like to apologise for my rant it was just frustration. I am however struggling to find a fix and how to download it to my pc. I am a complete novice at this but I will persevere and hopefully get there in the end. PS if there is any kind people out there who would like to PM me with a solution please fell free.
