hi,im new to the whole forum and cable box thing,i have dbox2 purchased less than a month ago,obviously virgin have chucked a spanner in the works,i have no idea where to start ot try and get around it ,could anybody please help me out,im very pc knowledged and would happily trade any advice given.many thanks

You're gonna have to do some backround reading but its all pretty straight forward download and install the BigMAQ toolbar -G
gle it! Then check out the cable files and download the complete box files. Get the latest image(1x or 2x means 1 chip or chip model box) laky pro 1 works a treat (nice work guys) and install it ( get a crossover network cable) You can use image flashing assistant or ftp they both work well. If you're not going to ftp your old service settings just do a scan on a fresh install .This image has a good search facility. |
