plug your box into the main feed (no splitters) and do another scan, you will find it

transponders, when you do a power scan, it says TP 37. well mine says 37, yours may be different

do you have a null modem cable? if you have you could try a few scottish cdf files and see if they sort it out? just a thought, what frequancy is your first transponder on?
