freezing sagem 2x image problems

Hi all, i have a sagem 2x box which was running on blade xenafan with no problems, i have since updated the latest keys using bigmaq and the keys folder(cmd_cfg and mg cfg) posted earlyer this week.this got me chanwels but very jumpy and freezing. i also have another sagem 1x which is running perfect using the same method but with sportster. on the 2x box i have tryed everything to get it to run smoothly including cable ferret with magic files. My best results have been with commando + keys folder and updated keys using mgcamd and votex but still getting freezing every 30 mins or so! so to cut a long story short, what image would you guys recommend and should i use the keys file or majic file, oh and if virm change the keys again will the box auto update properly with any of the 2 fixes?

Have you tried switching the loaction of the boxes, the problem may be poor quality cabling to the other box (check the signal blue/blue IIRC, you are looking for a BER as close to zero as possible, mine peaks at about 120)

thanks for your reply, Ive checked the ber as you suggested peaked at 90
but a lot lower most of the time, snr is around 64000 and sig is 0!! I think signal is fine, this box is my grans but my box is perfect on the same connection( sagem 1x box) mine is fine I spoke to her today and the box was freezing before 2 which i didnt realise!! any other suggestions anyone?

Faulty tuner, it happens.

ok, so lets asume its a faulty tuner then, its under waranty but costs 30 quid to send back to germany, should i buy a new tuner and fit it, wheres the best place to get one that works and how easy is it to fit?
