does DiSEqc work on skystar usb

ive read a few forums now and found that some say the diseqc does not work or does not support the skystar usb

but the prouduct features say it does

so quick question dose it or not

The official drivers may do it, but if not, there is a plugin by MiBi that does it.

You may have to drop back a few versions of the actual driver to get it to work though - like 4.3.0
