Cant connect with Flash fxp - Techwatch: Satellite TV forums, FTA, Cable, Hardware, & Tech forums

Hi,

Ive been adding the new auto updating keys on a few of my mates dboxes and all is ok, but im now trying to connect to another dbox with an ip of 192.168.200.255 but for some reason i cant get it to connect??? I haven't changed anything or doing anything different.

Anyone any ideas??

Have you tried changing the ip of the dbox's your updating all to the same ip and one that has worked. Make sure all the other settings are the same too and that way should you have need to link them all again, then you can use the same link each time and certainly makes things easier.

As for your current problem, i'm assuming something must be different on one of the settings.

You should be changing the IP of the Dbox2 to 1 less than the last digit of what you have set your PC IP to? So change it!

eg PC IP 192.168.0.101 - Dbox2 IP 192.168.0.100

Remember to match default gateway's aswell
