Default long/lat

Hi all,
In Usals what would I type in as my long/lat from these?

53:48:10N (53.8028)

Lon 0:20:42W (-0.34497)

Numbers inside or outside the brackets? The longitude is very different!

I am sure it is only the numbers in the brackets and ignore the minus sign.
