replace it and power box on, but as i have said i doubt this will work in a telepest area.

cheers when the cable put my other box in he hit something on the front of box then all this stuff came on the screen

i got a virgin box downstairs when he plugged it in he he did something at front of box and all writing came on the screen and he changed things on it

when i replace the red jumper it say n*l sorry to interrupt your viewing were currently updating your service put it just stays like that as i said b4 im in a t/w area

back to square one, well thats the prob, others say to do the net id fun trick, its in the downloads, need to know ur numbers, ive never done this so i dont know if it will work.

when i hold the up and down buttons at same time then put power on it brings up a menu were u can change things like frequencey and sym rate is this any good
