Can anyone help me? Had one of these boxes for 4 months but only had codes being updated on the screen now for over a week? What do I do??
I am new to this

PLEASE HELP!!!!! I am with Virgin/Ntl

start at the top of the main forum page and work your way through the stickies, everything you need to know is in there.

There are like a 100 threads about the same thing over the past week, try reading one of those?

Basically the codes have changed so you either need to change the keys by getting the new keys from the bigmaq toolbar or by flashing your box with the new firmware.

All the advice you will ever need is on the sticky topics in the forum
